01

Overview & Core Principles

Michal Zembron builds and publishes mobile games with a strict privacy-first mindset. My games are crafted for player enjoyment, not for invasive data harvesting.

The mobile applications (including JustSudoku, Just Solitaire, and Stronghold Clicker) are provided as ad-supported services at no monetary cost to you. They are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

This policy details what data is generated when you download and play my games, how integrated third-party SDKs handle telemetry and advertising, and how you can exercise complete control over your privacy settings.

02

Information Collection & Local Storage

No Direct Personal Data Collection: As an independent software developer, I do not operate proprietary backend user databases, nor do I collect, store, buy, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your real name, physical address, email address, or phone number.

No Mandatory Account Registration: None of my applications require you to register an account, log in with social media credentials, or share private contact details in order to play.

Local Device Storage: Gameplay states, progress, settings, and statistics are stored locally on your device using standard Unity PlayerPrefs and sandboxed file storage:

  • JustSudoku: Current grid state, solved puzzle history, selected difficulty, timer state, undo steps, and personal best times.
  • Just Solitaire: Card positions, move histories, draw-1 / draw-3 preferences, cumulative win/loss statistics, and audio volume levels.
  • Stronghold Clicker: Castle building levels, gold/stone/timber resource counters, unlocked upgrades, and offline timestamp validation.
Key Takeaway: Your game saves live inside your device sandbox. If you clear app data in Android settings or uninstall the game, this local data is permanently removed.
03

Third-Party Services & SDK Integrations

To deliver monetization, game engine rendering, and Google Play integration, the applications incorporate vetted third-party software development kits (SDKs). These third parties may collect pseudonymous device data according to their individual privacy terms:

Google AdMob Monetization

Serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. May process advertising IDs, coarse location, and ad performance telemetry.

AdMob Privacy Guide ↗
Google Play Services Platform

Provides Android platform APIs, licensing verification, optional cloud saves, and security integrity checks.

Google Privacy Policy ↗
Unity Technologies Engine Runtime

Underlying runtime engine powering graphics and physics. May gather anonymized hardware specs and engine crash metrics.

04

Advertising, Identifiers & Opt-Out Options

Google AdMob may utilize your device's Google Advertising ID (AAID) to serve advertisements tailored to your interests and measure campaign efficacy.

You are in total control: You can reset or delete your advertising identifier at any time through standard Android operating system settings:

  • Step 1: Open your Android device Settings app.
  • Step 2: Navigate to Google > Ads (or Privacy > Ads on newer Android versions).
  • Step 3: Tap Delete advertising ID to remove cross-app personalization completely, or tap Reset advertising ID to sever historical association.
  • Step 4: You can also toggle Opt out of Ads Personalization where supported.

Opting out of personalized ads will not reduce the number of advertisements shown; rather, ads served will be generic, non-personalized, or contextual based on the content of the game.

05

Crash Diagnostics & Log Data

In the event of an unexpected software crash, memory exhaustion, or Application Not Responding (ANR) incident, anonymous technical diagnostics are logged via the Google Play Console and the Unity engine runtime.

These diagnostics may include:

  • Device manufacturer and hardware model (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S23, Google Pixel 8).
  • Operating system version (e.g., Android 14 API level 34).
  • Screen resolution, graphics API support (Vulkan/OpenGL ES), and available system RAM.
  • Stack trace exception logs recording the line of code where the error occurred.
  • Timestamp and game scene active during the crash.

This telemetry contains zero personal identifiers and is utilized solely to fix bugs, eliminate crashes, and optimize framerates across different device specifications.

06

Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

My applications are designed for general audiences and do not specifically target children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union / European Economic Area).

I do not knowingly collect, request, or solicit personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and have reason to believe that a child has inadvertently submitted personal data through an integrated service, please contact me immediately at office.unityforge@pm.me so I can investigate and take swift remedial action.

07

Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA / CPRA)

Depending on your location, you hold specific statutory rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or equivalent data protection frameworks:

  • Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Because I do not store your personal information on remote servers, you can erase 100% of your gameplay records, cache, and settings instantly by uninstalling the app or wiping its storage via Android Settings > Apps.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale / Sharing: I do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of interest-based ad tracking using device ad settings as outlined in Section 04.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: Exercising your privacy rights will never result in degraded gameplay mechanics or penalty fees.
08

Security & Data Protection

I value your trust in playing my games. By deliberately architecting these mobile games without centralized player databases or unnecessary cloud sync infrastructure, the attack surface for potential data leaks is minimized.

All network communications handled by third-party advertising SDKs and platform services occur over encrypted TLS/HTTPS protocols. While no electronic method of transmission or storage is 100% infallible, industry-standard protections are strictly maintained.

09

Policy Changes & Contact Information

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to accommodate new game releases, regulatory requirements, or SDK modifications. Whenever revisions occur, the "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
